Magesh (10 years) (Name Changed) inmate of Sathya Jyothi Karunai Illam, Kanchipuram District was found dead inside the home on 28th November 2013. Two other inmates Ravi and Raja (Name changed) both 17 years old were arrested accusing them of murdering V.Magesh. Through our investigation we found that both were wrongly implicated. So through Tamil Nadu Child Rights Protection Network, HRF is assessting the acused Juveniles and has appointed an advocate to fight their case at Juvenile Justice Board, Chengalpattu, Kanchipuram District.
