The state level steering committee of the SSSF met for the annual review and planning meeting in Chennai on 14 October 2026. Reviewing the achievements, challenges, and lessons learnt, key changes in strategy were made to

• Systematically monitor statutory compliances in all 38 districts and at the state level.
• Continuously support survivors for social and gender justice, socioeconomic rehabilitation, and sustainable livelihoods.
• Expand outreach to include more individuals and organisations, especially women, dalit, and tribal-led organisations.
