Team HRF comprises of thirteen women and ten men with complementary skills.  The 10 member core team is based in Chennai. The 13-member project team (district in-charge) are stationed in the districts. Together with 25 volunteers (district resource persons/mentors), we cover all 38 districts in Tamil Nadu.

Our team leader, all three senior coordinators, and all three coordinators are women.
