One day training was conducted on 20th ப்ரூ 2019 at Sivagangai District, Tamil Nadu on the preparation of a gram panchayat development plan for future development and also the function of the 14th finance commission. The programme was attended by 30 women and 3 men from 7 different panchayats and 3 NGO’s. The programme was conducted by HRF along with SAND Trust. The sessions were conducted by social activist Mr M.L. Dass.
