The Institute of Human Rights Advocacy and Research conducted two-day training cum workshop on budget analysis on 21, 22 மார்ச் 2019 at Chennai. 31 participants across Tamil Nadu were trained. The topics covered the budget and policy notes of the Government of Tamilnadu in selected departments, how to extract the information and its analysis.
